GuruVR Metaversity is a cross-platform, XR-first educational ecosystem designed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application in Indian engineering education. By combining immersive technologies, gamification, and AI-driven personalisation, the platform empowers students, faculty, creators, and corporate partners to engage deeply with content, accelerating skill acquisition and motivation.

Problem Statement:

The current Indian higher education system, especially in engineering, operates on a one-size-fits-all model, relying heavily on theoretical instruction with limited practical engagement. Core challenges include:

  • Lack of hands-on learning and real-world application.

  • Low completion rates in online courses are due to poor engagement.

  • Minimal personalisation, ignoring individual learning speeds and styles.

  • XR adoption is hindered by hardware limitations and poor onboarding.

  • Faculty's limited capacity to design or deliver immersive, adaptive content.
